Frequently asked questions

Everything I get asked the most.

Do I have to pick a bouquet from a catalog?

No. Slavic Bouquet isn't a classic e-commerce site. You describe what you want (style, budget, occasion), your concierge proposes and composes with the local florist. The inspirations are there to show what we can do — not to lock you into a fixed reference.

How does payment work?

You pay in euros with your usual card (Visa, Mastercard). The amount is pre-authorized at request time but only charged after you validate the bouquet photo. No Russian card needed — that's the whole point.

What if I don't like the bouquet?

Before dispatch, you get the photo. If something's off, we adjust with the florist before it leaves. If adjustment isn't possible and you cancel, no payment is captured — you owe nothing.

How far in advance should I order?

The earlier you ask, the more calmly your concierge can compose. For March 8 and Valentine’s Day, plan well ahead: those are the two annual peaks.

Do you deliver to a city not on the list?

Probably. I have 30 cities in Russia and Belarus listed by default. For others, I check case by case — I often have a reachable florist in regional capitals. Write to me before ordering.

Will the recipient know it's from me?

You decide. You can sign with your name, an alias, or stay anonymous. Your details (email, phone) are never shared with her. Only the message you write identifies you — or doesn't, your choice.

Can I really talk to you directly?

Yes. Your concierge is reachable on Telegram (@ValentinLN), WhatsApp (+7 999 339 57 26) and email (contact@slavicbouquet.com). He handles every request personally.

Why aren't there more inspirations in the gallery?

Because the gallery isn't a catalog. It's a library of styles to give you an idea. Your bouquet will be composed bespoke by a local florist — never an exact copy of the inspiration photo.
