How do you make sure the delivery happens?
Every delivery is confirmed by a photo of the recipient holding the gift. You receive it by email and messaging.
Can I stay anonymous?
Yes. Your details are never shared with the recipient. The florist introduces themselves as the courier, without mentioning your name if you prefer.
How early should I order before a special date?
For March 8, order before March 5. For Valentine's Day, before February 12. For a birthday or a quieter date, 48 hours is enough.
Can you deliver to a small town?
We cover eight major cities by default. For any other destination, write to us — we find a local florist in most cases (variable fees).
What payment methods?
Credit card in euros via secure payment. We never store any payment information.
Can I edit or cancel an order?
Yes, up to 12 hours before the chosen delivery slot. Beyond that, the florist has already prepared the bouquet.
What about Belarus?
We deliver to Minsk, Brest and Vitebsk by default. Same timings, same guarantees.
Can the recipient swap the gift?
No, the gift is defined by your order. However, you can add options (handwritten card, photo, mimosa, premium wrap) at cart level.
